On 4 June, 2018, over 120 sales executives at Altria from across the Southeast U.S. gathered to hear about becoming a more agile, high performance organization. The training development experience included why the market demands agility in the information age, the types of innovation, what works (and things to avoid) in implementing an innovation program, and how inclusion is critical for success. Participants took the AEM-Cube assessment in advance and understood how their personal preferences towards change aligned within the overall organization’s preferences. Activities to demonstrate both innovation and inclusion were a huge hit.
